We are a specialist provider of railway training and professional development, consulting, and safety management, based in Hammah with our own training centre in Stade.

Founded in 2021 by Sebastian Schlemmer, we bring more than 25 years of professional experience in active railway operations: from training as a transport services clerk to working as a train driver and train dispatcher, and later as a trainer and Head of Railway Operations. This practical expertise underpins everything we do.

Our services

Training and professional development in railway operations—practical, tailored and personal, delivered at our training centre or directly at your premises. Our trainers and examiners are also available to work at your company.
Simulator sessions—with our own mobile locomotive driving simulator based on ZuSi 3 Pro, we come to wherever your train drivers are.

Checks under your SMS—impartial delivery of the regular checks required as part of your safety management system.
Consulting—advice on railway operations and training for complex issues and operational challenges.
Development of training documents and materials—tailored development and revision of training materials for day-to-day training operations.

Recognized examination body under §15 TfV (Federal Railway Authority, since July 2025)
Recognized examiner under the TfV for all four subject areas, including German as a foreign language
