We are your mobile partner for rail vehicle services, supporting wagon owners, railway undertakings, ECM managers and industrial companies directly at the vehicle. Our aim is to reduce downtime, ensure the availability of freight wagons and locomotives, and carry out technical work flexibly and reliably in compliance with applicable regulations.

Our Services

• Mobile maintenance and repair: Maintenance, scheduled work, repairs and emergency repairs carried out directly at the rail vehicle’s location—without the need to transfer it to a stationary workshop.
• Freight wagon services: Brake tests, VT inspections, restoration of running capability, brake-block force measurements, component replacement, mobile wheelset replacement, and scrapping, including the proper recovery of parts and coordination.
• Wagon inspection services: Technical wagon inspections in accordance with VDV Code of Practice 758, technical interchange inspections in accordance with AVV, brake tests, fitness-for-service inspections, three-point measurements, RID inspections, shunting operations, train monitoring and minor damage repairs.
• Locomotive technology: Mobile repairs and maintenance, troubleshooting of vehicle controls, brake systems and hydrostatic systems, Br 0 and Br 1.2 brake overhauls, air reservoir inspections in accordance with § 33 EBO, standby maintenance and replenishment of operating fluids.
• Damaged wagon management and projects: Technical assessment, documentation and coordination of repairs to damaged wagons in accordance with AVV, as well as structured support for maintenance projects.
• Professional development: Regular refresher training for wagon inspectors, wagon examiners and personnel authorised to perform brake tests, as well as in-house refresher courses and examinations in wagon and brake technology.
