For assignments throughout Germany, with scheduled work periods in railway construction, we are looking for motivated Two-Way Excavator Operators (m/f/d) who are ready to take responsibility and become part of a professional construction team.

Whether you are an experienced Two-Way Excavator Operator or just starting your career, you can expect a structured onboarding process, modern equipment and a secure job in a growing industry.

Your responsibilities

  • Operating a two-way excavator for track construction and maintenance work
  • Carrying out route and track superstructure work
  • Maintaining, servicing and monitoring construction machinery
  • Working in accordance with BETRA, the protection plan and applicable regulations
  • Complying with accident prevention regulations and DB AG regulations
  • Assisting with possession and shunting movements, as well as brake tests, provided you hold the relevant qualification

Your profile

  • Fit for railway operations in accordance with applicable guidelines
  • Completed vocational training as a construction equipment operator or an equivalent qualification
  • Authorization/qualification to operate two-way excavators in the track area
  • A strong sense of responsibility and safety
  • Experience in civil engineering/track construction is an advantage
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends and at changing locations
  • Reliability, team spirit and a strong work ethic
  • Good spoken and written German
  • Class B driving licence required
  • Enjoy working outdoors and as part of a team
