For assignments across Germany in track safety, we are looking for motivated Track Safety Lookouts (SIPO) (m/f/d) who are ready to take responsibility and become part of a professional safety team.

Whether you are a newly qualified entrant or have some initial experience in the railway sector, you can expect a structured introduction, modern equipment and a secure job in a growing industry.

Your responsibilities

  • Securing work sites in the track area
  • Monitoring rail traffic and warning workers in good time of approaching rail vehicles
  • Supporting the implementation of safety measures in accordance with DB InfraGO AG guidelines
  • Communicating with safety supervisors, site management and other parties involved
  • Checking that warning equipment is ready for use
  • Contributing to safe and uninterrupted work on site
  • Identifying and assessing potential hazards

Your profile

  • Completed qualification as a Track Safety Lookout (SIPO); qualification as a Safety Supervisor is an advantage
  • A strong sense of responsibility and a conscientious approach to work
  • Alertness and the ability to concentrate
  • A safety-focused mindset
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends and at changing locations
  • Good spoken and written German
  • A Category B driving licence and your own vehicle are an advantage
  • Enjoyment of working outdoors and as part of a team
  • Medical and psychological fitness in accordance with railway operating requirements
