As a trainer, you lay the foundation for railway professionals and help them develop their skills further.

Your responsibilities

  • You deliver engaging, practical training in railway industry expertise (both theoretical and practical).
  • You teach using prepared materials and make good use of your experience.
  • You guide participants through their training, provide feedback and support their learning progress.
  • You conduct performance assessments.
  • You support our e-learning department in creating and developing learning materials.
  • You work closely with other instructors and the training provider.

Your profile

  • Completed training as a locomotive driver, wagon inspector or a comparable qualification in the railway industry.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience (more is welcome).
  • AEVO (trainer aptitude examination) or willingness to obtain this qualification.
  • Good German skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Confident using MS Office and open to new learning media.
  • Continually developing your railway knowledge comes naturally to you.
  • Additional qualifications such as LZB / ETCS are desirable.
