Back Office / Hunter

Tasks:

Supporting the sales team in identifying sales opportunities and maintaining customer relationships.
Coordinating and arranging appointments for the sales team
General administrative tasks to support the sales team.
Preparation of sales reports, presentations and documents for sales meetings

Requirements:

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
Experience in sales
Good organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft, especially Outlook and Teams
CRM knowledge (Hubspot)
Ability to work in a team and commitment
Independent way of working and high self-motivation
Customer orientation and professionalism
German spoken and written, knowledge of English an advantage
High school diploma desirable
