Class A train driver / shunting locomotive operator

Our retraining program to become a Class A locomotive driver is 100% eligible for funding (e.g. through the Employment Agency or Jobcenter) and is aimed at career changers from all industries as well as job seekers. After successfully completing the training, graduates are hired by a railway company under an employment contract. This is a training program in the form of a shortened vocational training course (5 months). The retraining takes place at our locations in Braunschweig, Oldenburg, Osnabrück or Bochum. Norddeutsche Eisenbahnfachschule GmbH is an official cooperation partner of Deutsche Bahn and specializes in the training and continuing education of railway industry professionals.
